Cheesecake in Steam Case

Ingredients

  • Digestive biscuits or similar
  • 50 gr butter
  • 200 gr Philadelphia cheese or similar
  • egg
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal or meal
  • Raspberry or strawberry jam

Instructions

Place the biscuits in a bowl or mortar and crush until they turn into crumbs. We can also place them in the Cooking Bag and pound them with a mallet. Melt the butter in the microwave oven for a few seconds and mix with the biscuits. Place the mixture in the steam case and crush so that it can serve as the base of the cake. Meanwhile, place the cheese and egg in a bowl and mix. Add the sugar and stir. Do
the same with the cornmeal or flour. Mix well until you have a smooth mixture. Pour the batter into the steam case over the biscuit base, close and microwave for 9 minutes at 800W. When it’s ready, leave to cool in the refrigerator or freezer.
