Chicken Satay with Sesame Seeds
- for 6 skewers 3 chicken breast tenderloins
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 cm. of fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup yellow onion
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cumin
1 Place all the ingredients except the chicken in a blender and puree.
2 Cut the chicken breast into strips, place on a dish, cover with the sauce you prepared and marinate for 30 minutes
3 Place the chicken on wooden skewers, place skewers in the steam case, sprinkle with the sesame seeds, close and cook for 4 minutes at 800W.
4 Serve with boiled white rice, hummus and pita bread.
