Chicken with Potatoes
- 2 chicken legs
- ¾ potato, sliced
- 1/8 cup sliced onions
- ¼ cup diced tomato
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbs white wine
- Thyme, 2 sprigs
- salt and pepper
Slice the potatoes, tomato, and onion.
Place all ingredients (except chicken) in the large Lekue Steam Case.
Put the chicken legs on top of the vegetables.
Close the Steam Case and cook in the microwave for 15 minutes.
Remove case from microwave, eat and enjoy.
