Eastern Shore Popcorn
- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
- ½ tbsp. white wine vinegar
- ½ tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tbsp. old bay seasoning
1.Make the popcorn by adding the kernels into the Lekue Popcorn Maker, place the clear lid on, and cook it until there are long pauses in between pops.
2.While the popcorn is popping, whisk together the vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and old bay in a small bowl.
3.When the kernels are finished, drizzle the old bay mixture over the popcorn. Put the lid on and carefully shake the Lekue Popcorn Maker to coat all of the popcorn.
