Easy "BBQ" Chicken
- For “BBQ SAUCE” Marinade
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- ½ tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 Pinches of salt
- ½ tsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. chicken stock or water
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
In a bowl combine all marinade ingredients and whisk together.
Put the chicken thighs in the bbq sauce and coat the chicken. You can leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes if you have time.
Place the chicken stock or water in the bottom of the large steam case.
Lay the tray inside of the steam case and put the chicken thighs on top.
Close the lids and cook in the microwave for 8 minutes and 30 seconds at 800watts.
Remove from the microwave and enjoy with your favorite vegetables, rice, or over salad.
