Farfalle with Peas, Parmesan, and Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup farfalle
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
In the Lekue Ogya or Steam Case, place the frozen peas and water. Close the lids and cook for 3 minutes and 30 seconds at 800watts. Remove from the microwave, keep the lids closed, and set aside.
Put the farfalle in the Lekue Pasta Steamer and add enough water to completely cover the pasta.
Cook the farfalle in the microwave for 14 minutes at 800watts. In the meantime, add the parmesan cheese and olive oil to the peas. Close the lids and give it a quick and easy shake.Once the pasta is finished, remove from the microwave, flip the lid and drain the water. Add the peas, mozzarella, salt and pepper into the steamer. Using a spoon gently mix ingredients together. The cheese will melt and create a delicious “cheese sauce.”
