Gruyere and Bacon Egg
- 1 strip Bacon
- 2 tbsp Gruyere cheese
- 1 Egg
1. Lightly oil the ovo.
2. Cook the bacon, let cool and cut into small pieces.
3. Crack an egg into the ovo, season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Add the bacon pieces and grated gruyere cheese. Gently mix with a small fork.
5. Cover and place the ovo on the side of the microwave turntable.
6. Cook in the microwave for 40 seconds, or until fully cooked. **
*Serve over caramelized onions if desired
