Noodles with Beef and Mushrooms


  • 56g (1 serving) noodles
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup  minced beef
  • 1 cup water
  • salt and pepper


  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Finely chop tomato and onion, put into Lekue Ogya. Add salt, pepper, and a dash of oil. Close the case and put in microwave for 3 minutes. Remove from the microwave. Slice mushrooms and add them to the ogya along with water, beef, noodles, mushrooms, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Close the case and cook in microwave for 12 minutes.
Stir gently, leave for 5 minutes, and enjoy. *To make spicier, add a tsp of your favorite chili oil or hot sauce.
*To make it mo re Asian fusion, add a tsp of soy sauce before cooking, and right after cooking mix in a tsp of black bean sauce.
