Stew with Vermiceli

Ingredients

  • 100 gr pork ribs in chunks
  • 50 gr cut sausage
  • 3 tablespoons crushed tomato
  • 250 ml water
  • 50 gr vermicelli
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Place the ribs, sausage and tomato in the Ogya. Add salt and pepper and cook covered in the microwave at maximum power (800 W) for 10 minutes. Then, add the vermicelli and water. Check the salt and pepper and cook again in the microwave at maximum power (800 W) for 15 minutes. Make sure the vermicelli is cooked well and then serve. This recipe can be adapted to the Ogya XL by doubling the quantity of ingredients. Add two minutes and check the cooking process.
