Tilapia with Garlic and Parsley
- 5oz tilapia filet
- 2 tsp. white wine
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- flour, for coating
Season the fish with salt and pepper. Dust a little flour on both sides of the fillet, making sure there aren’t visible clumps of flour. Put the tilapia along with the rest of the ingredients into the Lekue Steam Case.
Put the case in the microwave and cook the fish for 2 minutes and 30 seconds at 800watts.
Leave the lids closed for an additional minute, the fish will continue to steam and cook.
Open the lids and enjoy.
