½ red onion, sliced
2 artichokes, cut into quarters
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lime, zested
1 ½ tsp. olive oil
Mince the garlic, and put it in a small bowl with the olive oil. Clean and quarter the artichokes, zest the lime, and set aside.
Slice the red onion and put it in the Lekue Deep Steam Case with 1 tbsp. of water.
Close the lids and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Place the artichokes in the Deep Steam Case, add 2 tbsp. of water, top with the lime zest, garlic and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Close the lids and cook in the microwave for 8 more minutes.
