Beef Ribs With Teriyaki Sauce

Cook Time: 4 Minutes


Season beef with salt and pepper and put into the Steam Case with white wine. Close the case and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. (if you like your meat a little more red, cook for less time, and if you like your meat more cooked, you can cook for extra time.) 4 minutes yields medium cooked beef. Remove from microwave, add the teriyaki sauce ingredients and cook in microwave for another minute. Mix well and serve. 

*You can add a tsp of ground ginger to make the flavors of this dish more complex.
*You can make whole beef short ribs, just add 2 or 3 ribs to Steam Case and cook for 2 minutes or more depending on desired temperature. 


  • 1 cup beef rib, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • salt and pepper


  • 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs  sugar (white or brown)
