- 3 chicken breast tenderloins
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. white wine
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
Put the chicken breast tenderloins onto wooden skewers, season with salt and pepper and lay length wise in the Lekue Steam Case. Add the white wine into the case, close the lids and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800watts. While the chicken is cooking, mix the sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl. Add to the steam case and cook again for one more minute. Remove the steam case from the microwave and enjoy.
*Please remember that soy cause contains a lot of salt, so please be cautious seasoning the chicken as you can always add salt after cooking.
*You could add garlic powder or a minced clove of garlic to the sauce as well.
