Clams Marinara

Cook Time: 3 Minutes


  • 300g clams
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp. white wine
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Place all of the ingredients, except for the clams in the Lekue Ogya. Put the Ogya in the microwave and cook for 4 minutes. Remove the Ogya and add the clams, cook for another 3 minutes. If the clams haven’t opened yet, keep cooking in 30 second intervals. Stir the sauce and clams together, serve, and enjoy. 

*I increased the amount of clams because the initial recipe called for 100g which was about 3 clams.
