- 1 6oz. filet of flounder
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp. ground mustard
- ½ tsp. marjoram
- ½ cup green beans
- 1 small shallot, diced (or ¼ sweet onion)
- 2 tbsp. water
- Salt and pepper
In a small bowl mix the ground mustard and marjoram with the extra virgin olive oil.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour the 2 tbsp. of water in to the bottom of the Lekue Steam Case.
Place the green beans, shallot and flounder in the steam case on the tray.
Pour the spice/oil mixture over the fish.
Close the lids and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800watts.
Let the steam case sit with the lids shut for an additional minute.
