Mix the dried herbs in a bowl. Pour the oil over the lamb so all sides are covered and coat the lamb with the herbs.
Place the lamb, tomato halves, and water in the Lekue Steam Case. Close the lids and cook in microwave for 2 minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes as the carry over heat will continue cooking the lamb.
*If the lamb isn’t at your desired temperature, continue cooking at 30 second intervals.
- 5oz. rack of lamb (prepared at butcher)
- 1 tomato, halved
- 1 tbs water
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
