Cook Time: 7 Minutes
- 2 6oz salmon fillets
- 2 strips bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 small yellow onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper
Pour the water into the bottom of the Lekue Steam Case. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the fish. Place all ingredients into the steam case, close the lids, and cook in the microwave for 6 -7 minutes (depending on how you prefer your salmon) at 800watts. Remove the case from the microwave and enjoy. *Any type of bacon can be used. *Bacon is optional, although it does add a nice flavor to the salmon.
