Teriyaki Chicken

Cook Time: 4 Minutes


  • 130-150 g chicken breast fillets
  • 1/4 Avecrem stock cube (or salt and pepper)
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp Modena vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar


Crumble the Avecrem stock cube and sprinkle over the fillets. Cut into two strips and place on skewers (if they are too long, cut them down so that they will fit into the steam case). Place the skewers in the steam case, add the white wine and microwave for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar. Pour the mix over the chicken skewers and microwave for 1 further minute.
When it’s ready, turn them over so that the entire skewers are soaked in the sauce. Ready to eat. Serve with white rice.
