I recommend this product

VERY disappointed in this product and customer service

We make home made pizza weekly, and I bought this as a gift for my husband. The pan does not work, at all. The pizza crust comes out limp and soggy. Plus getting the pizza in and out of a hot oven on this floppy pan is very difficult. However, the real issue I had is when I requested a refund. I was told that I would have to first call my credit company and request that Lekue be allowed to issue and refund (what??? no merchant has ever asked this of me), AND I had to mail it back to them - insure - at my expense. The hassle factor here was so great and not worth the $25 I paid for this pan that I instead donated this pan to Goodwill.
